INGREDIENTS:
- Heath Riles BBQ Cherry Rub
- Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
- Heath Riles BBQ Tangy Vinegar Sauce
- Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
- A slab of Prairie Fresh Baby Back Ribs
- 1/2 stick of butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Get your grill up to temperature of approximately 300º.
- Take your slab of ribs out of the pack, skin the membrane, and trim any excess fat.
- Cut your slab of ribs into single bones.
- Toss your ribs in Killer Hogs Hot Sauce.
- Season your ribs with Heath Riles BBQ Beef and Cherry Rub.
- Place your ribs on your grill with a heat diverter. Cook for an hour, flip after 30 minutes.
- After an hour, take your ribs off the grill and place in an aluminum pan. Pour a bottle of Heath Riles BBQ Tangy Vinegar BBQ Sauce over your ribs and add 1/2 a stick of butter to your pan.
- Place aluminum foil over your pan and place back on your grill for 30-45 minutes.
- Take your ribs off the grill after 30-45 minutes. If you want more heat or more of a hot sauce taste, you can pour a buffalo wing sauce or more Killer Hogs Hot Sauce over your ribs and return them to your grill to char. I did not. They were perfect for me and had the right amount of heat.
