An American-made kamado grill manufactured by the same complex process used to build massive industrial cast iron parts for national and international companies. We have nearly 140 years of experience.

Cast iron provides the highest levels of crack and shock resistance. In addition, ceramic kamados cannot handle multiple heat cycles (heating and cooling) and will eventually fail, requiring replacement. Our quality cast iron is made for multiple heat cycles and will last many generations. We have a experience with this, given that we’ve been in business for over 140 years!

Cast iron’s radiant and thermal properties provide even heating and precise temperature control. Everyone knows nothing tastes as good as food cooked in grandma’s cast iron skillet. Ceramic kamados can radiate heat but will not maintain heat for a long period of time. Plus ceramic cannot handle multiple heat cycles (heating and cooling). As a result, it will eventually fail. Precision hinge mechanism ensures top and bottom alignment. Precision cast integrated hinge offers band-less design, closing on a single axle for a perfect seal every time. Other kamado grills, specifically ceramic grills, require band and hinge maintenance over time to correct lid misalignment

Accuracy better than ASME B40.3 Grade AA (1%-1⁄2%-1%). A rugged large 90° back angle, rear threaded connection design. Weather-resistant shelves are perfect for food prep. Eco-friendly blend of 95% recycled wood and plastic film. Stain resistant and durable for outdoor grilling.

Our Trex cooker shelving is a blend of plastic film and wood fibers. The plastic film that goes into composite decking can include polypropylene or polyethylene. These plastics work well with wood fibers to create a strong, resilient material. All Trex® Decking, Railing, and Fencing products are manufactured in the USA.

Weather-resistant high quality stainless steel shelves that are elegant, stain resistant, and durable for outdoor grilling!

The shelves are made from domestically sourced, 100% recycled 304 stainless steel that is the most common form of stainless steel used around the world due to excellent corrosion resistance and value. 304 can withstand corrosion from most oxidizing acids. That durability makes 304 easy to sanitize, and therefore ideal for kitchen and food applications.

Variable height grates heat up quicker and retain heat better. Our reversible cast iron half grate, for the 20.5″ Goldens’ Cast Iron Cooker, gives you the ability to choose both the distance to the fire as well as the width of the cooking surface, with 330.6 square inches of cooker area. In the lower position, the grate provides a wide cooking surface for beautiful kamado grill marks with each sear.
